Is this only for gay men?
My work is designed specifically with gay men in mind, because many of us grew up with subtle, repetitive shame that shaped how we show up today — people-pleasing, overthinking, performing, feeling “not enough.”
That said, shame isn’t unique to sexuality.
Anyone who learned early in life that it wasn’t safe to be fully themselves can benefit from this work. If my story and approach resonate with you, you’re welcome here.
How is this different from therapy?
Therapy often focuses on diagnosing and processing the past.
Coaching focuses on helping you understand your patterns, build self-trust, and actively create change in your life now.
Many clients do both. This work is practical, forward-moving, and centered on creating real-life shifts — not just insight.

This isn’t something I learned from a textbook.
It’s work I built from living it myself.
I know what it feels like to hide, perform, and feel “not enough” — and I also know what it takes to unlearn those patterns.

It’s a deeper, guided process that gently helps you heal shame at the root so confidence feels natural and sustainable.

Unstuck & Unashamed is my deeper, guided 6-month experience — so the support is more immersive than standard 1:1 sessions.
Along with our biweekly coaching calls and structured workbook, you’ll have light check-in support between sessions via WhatsApp if something important comes up.
You’re never navigating big moments alone — while still building the independence and self-trust that creates lasting change.
